Join me for a Yoga Flow that weaves together hip openers and balance. We will be creating a practice together that is both grounding and expansive. We’ll explore postures that gently release tension and increase mobility in the hips, while also building strength and stability through standing and balancing poses. As we connect breath to movement, you’ll find more freedom in the lower body and greater awareness in your center. This class invites you to feel rooted and empowered, both on the mat and in daily life.

Through intentional movement, steady breath and poses that emphasize the legs, feet and hips, we’ll explore the stability and presence offered by the root chakra. Feel the ground beneath you and leave class with a renewed sense of connection and belonging.

YOGA FLOW
This heart centered yoga flow is an invitation to awaken the heart of compassion, toward ourselves and our bodies.Through breath led movement, we’ll gently prepare the body for Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose). We will open the chest, shoulders and hip flexors with care and intention. As we move, we will use each inhale to expand the heart space and each exhale to soften into presence. This practice is not about achieving the perfect backbend but about meeting ourselves with tenderness and grace. Come ready to open and release.


YOGA NIDRA
Join me on Sunday, May 18th from 11:00–12:15 for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience. Often called “yogic sleep,” this guided practice invites the body into profound rest while keeping the mind gently aware, helping to reduce stress, balance the nervous system and support deep emotional healing. As we move through the fullness of the season, this is a sacred opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your inner stillness and renew your sense of clarity and ease. The exchange is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. All are welcome…come as you are and receive.
