YOGA NIDRA
MIDWEEK YOGA NIDRA RESET
Take a quiet pause in the middle of your week to rest, breathe and reset. This gentle Yoga Nidra session guides you into deep relaxation so your body can release tension and your mind can settle. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
EXHALE
This mellow class is blend of restorative and Yin yoga, where practitioners stay in the postures for longer periods of time with some mild movement, strengthening and a focus on relaxing seated or supine asanas. Deeply held poses will release tension and stiffness in your back, hips, shoulders and legs. Alignment and the healing/therapeutic approach is a key element of this class, accompanied by breath work to aid in the release of stress and tension.

Combining the benefits of restorative yoga and topping it off with the ‘dessert of yoga’ - Yoga Nidra, this class begins with very gentle movement and moves to fully supported postures making liberal use of props to help you experience a letting go and release of tension points throughout the body. The class ends with a meditative guided relaxation, moving mental awareness through many levels to a state of slower brain waves, resulting in a deeper level of awareness and integration. Leave this class feeling rested, restored and at ease.
