This January’s Breath and Sound Experience invites you to step into the New Year and the energy of the Year of the Horse with intention and forward momentum. We will begin with gentle movement and guided exploration of a 360-degree horizontal breath, cultivating awareness and expansion through the entire body. From there, we will drop into an active meditation that encourages presence, and embodied focus. Our time together will close with a deeply restful guided meditation, accompanied by crystal alchemy bowls and other sound instruments. This will allow your nervous system to settle and the intentions of the new year to land with ease and resonance.
