This yoga flow class will focus on mindful twists. We will be inviting mobility and spaciousness into the body. Twisting postures support spinal health, improve digestion, increase circulation and help release physical tension. Twists also encourage a sense of renewal and clarity. We will close with a nourishing body scan and seal our time together with a blessing, allowing the benefits of the practice to settle in and be carried with us beyond the mat.
