This mellow class is blend of restorative and Yin yoga, where practitioners stay in the postures for longer periods of time with some mild movement, strengthening and a focus on relaxing seated or supine asanas. Deeply held poses will release tension and stiffness in your back, hips, shoulders and legs. Alignment and the healing/therapeutic approach is a key element of this class, accompanied by breath work to aid in the release of stress and tension.
This is an All Levels class.
